Numbers are supplied using physical Ukrainian SIM cards.

  • violate applicable laws;
  • abuse or overload the service;
  • attempt unauthorized access;
  • interfere with website operation;
  • engage in fraudulent activity;

Violation may result in account suspension without prior notice.

4. Account Registration

Users are responsible for:

  • maintaining accurate account information;
  • protecting account credentials;
  • all activity performed through their account.

5. Availability

  • uninterrupted operation;

PixelSIM is not affiliated with:

  • Epic Games
  • Riot Games
  • Battle.net
  • Discord
  • EA App
  • Ubisoft
  • or any other external platform.

Their services, verification methods, and policies may change without notice.

We cannot guarantee that any number will always be accepted.

7. Cryptocurrency Payments

All payments are processed exclusively in cryptocurrency.

Users are responsible for:

  • sending payments to the correct wallet;
  • paying applicable blockchain network fees;
  • verifying transaction details.

Confirmed blockchain transactions cannot be reversed.

8. Pricing

Prices may change without prior notice.

The price displayed before purchase is considered final for that transaction.

9. Refunds

Refunds are available only in situations determined by PixelSIM, including certain technical failures.

Approved compensation may be issued as:

  • account balance credit;
  • free SMS retry.

Cryptocurrency network fees are not refundable.

10. Intellectual Property

  • logos;

  • branding;

belongs to PixelSIM unless otherwise stated.

11. Disclaimer

  • acceptance by third-party services;
  • uninterrupted SMS delivery where external providers are involved.

12. Limitation of Liability

  • lost profits;

  • account suspension by third-party platforms;
  • losses caused by external services.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the affected activation.

13. Force Majeure

  • telecommunications failures;
  • blockchain congestion;
  • cyber attacks;
  • natural disasters;
  • governmental actions.

14. Suspension of Service
